Production Labour
Your Crew
Lycea Productions provides production labour for festivals, concerts and live events in Ottawa, with limited availability in Montréal. Our crew supports the practical work that brings your production together, from load-in and setup to show operation and load-out.
Your venue, schedule and workload shape the crew you need. We work with your production team to plan roles, call times and support across the event.
Our Role
Crew Planning
Clear crew requirements help keep your production moving. We work through the roles, call times and workload with your team so labour support fits the event plan.
A crew plan built around your production:
-
Crew roles and responsibilities
-
Call times and shift requirements
-
Workload across the event schedule
-
Coordination with your production team
Show Support
We provide production crew to support your team during the event. With roles and responsibilities agreed in advance, crew can assist with show operation and the practical work that keeps production moving.
Load-In & Load-Out
From unloading and setup to pack-down and equipment handling, Lycea’s crew supports the work before and after the show. We coordinate labour around your access times and production schedule to help each stage run smoothly.
